In 1998, Portalroom.com became
the third project to be incubated by Inovica Ltd. A dedicated team
of programmers and designers were recruited to develop this modular
system and this core team has now been enhanced to include marketing
specialists.
Founders
| Adrian Teasdale
– Director and Digital Futurist |

As the managing director
of Inovica Ltd, an award winning internet consultancy that he
founded in 1994, Adrian has a broad range of strategic and analytical
skills specifically geared towards new media businesses, relating
to online marketing, programming development and design.
Graduating from the University of Northumbria with a Business
Studies degree Adrian launched Inovica - one of the first New
Media consultancies in the area. This business has expanded
and developed into a respected agency serving both start up
and blue-chip clients. Adrian is passionate about helping start-up
businesses, particularly in the internet arena and he has helped
several individuals and companies, both through Inovica and
through "hobby" mentoring, to start out and grow their
business.
Between 1996 and 1999 Adrian lectured in multimedia design at
the University of Northumbria, initially as a part-time visiting
lecturer, but ultimately as a senior associate. Joining the
team of this 1-year old course, he applied his professional
industry knowledge to build, develop and focus this fledgling
course into one of the best multimedia courses in the country.
Adrian is passionate about helping to grow internet-centric
businesses and devotes 50% of his time in this activity. |

Louise Regan
– Director and Chief Visual Architect

Louise joined Inovica
in 1995 as Creative Director. Overseeing the branding and focus
of Inovica, she also has overall responsibility for the design
of Inovica client sites as well as all project sites within
the Inovica Network. Running the Inovica creative team, she
has also brought her knowledge, creativity and vision to bear
in transforming Inovica into the Inovica Network, which has
a mission to incubate and build successful businesses that capitalise
on innovative areas. |
